Why is my account disabled by an administrator?

While this may happen rarely, Writetone may permanently disable accounts for violating the terms of service, fraudulent activity, or suspicious payments.

  • Account sharing and reselling are forbidden. If you purchase an account from a reseller, your account may be disabled.
  • Accounts with abnormal activity or device counts may be flagged.
  • Accounts using fraudulent payment methods will be permanently disabled.
  • We may disable accounts based on suspicion of fraud.
  • Accounts purchased from places other than Writetone, such as Shopee or a Facebook seller etc, are illegitimate.
